HPLC法测定栀子中栀子苷的含量
Determination of jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
Objective; To determine the content of jasminoidin in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis (GjE) by high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ). Methods: A HPLC method was developed for quantitative determination of jasminoidin in GjE. The analysis was performed on a SB - C18 column, eluted with methanol/ distilled water(23: 77, V/V). Column temperature, detected wavelength and flow rate was 35 X. ,240 nm and 1.0 ml/minrespectively. Under the condition as described as above, the jasminoidin may be isolated effectively from GjE, and the content of jasminoidin in GjE was calculated according to the standard curve. Results: The range of linearity was from 2 to 10 u,g, the average recovery rate was 101. 2% ,and the RSD was 2. 3%. The content of jasminoidin in five - batch GjE was from 0. 91% to 2. 194%. Conclusion;The HPLC method established for quantitative determination of jasminoidin in GjE is very satisfactory with its linearity, stability, reproducibility and recovery rate,which is applicable to the quality evaluation of GjE and the quality control for extracting of jasminoidin.关键词
