摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of transradial percutaneous coronary interventional (TR-PCI) therapy on coronary heart disease in elderly patient. Methods: A total of 256 elderly patients were collected, including 164 patients of TR - PCI group and 92 patients of transfemoral interventional (TFI) therapy group. The differences,such as clinical baseline,achievement ratio of the procedure,procedure time,amount of contrast media,and incidence of complications, were compared in the two groups. Results:The achievement ratio of the procedure was 98. 2% and 98. 9% in TR - PCI group and TFI group, respectively. There were no significant differences in the mean procedure time[ (61. 4 ±24. 5) min vs (57. 3 ±26. 7)min,P>0. 05] and amount of contrast media[ (155. 0 ±41. 5) ml vs (149. 0 ±45. 8)ml,P >0. 05] between the two groups. Vascular complications occurred in 4 cases (2.4% ) in TR - PCI group and 9 cases (9. 8% ) in TFI group (P <0.05). The difference of the major adverse cardiac events (MACE) rate was not statistical significant (8. 2% vs 9. 0% , P >0. 05)during the follow - up for 6 months. Conclusion; Transradial percutaneous coronary interventional therapy is safe and effective for elderly patients with coronary artery disease.关键词
