摘要

Abstract

Antifungal and preservation effects of the extracts or compounds from 28 plant species on apple and tomato fruit were examined. The results showed that the essential oiS from star anise exhibited significant preservation effect on "Fuji" apple, the optimum concentration was 125 μL · -1. For "Jinpeng" tomato fruit, compared with 0. 25 μCL · L-1-MCP treatment (control), significant antifungal and preservative effects were achieved by cinnamaldehyde, essential oil from star anise, geraniol. ethanol extracts from rnentha liaplocalyx , salvia miltiorrliiza , with optimal concentrations of 125 fiL · 1-1 ,125 μL · L-1 , 125 μL-1 L-1 , 1 mg · ml-1 and 2. 5 mg · ml-1' , respectively.
