不同方法提取蚱蝉若虫蛋白质效果比较
Comparison of Chemical Extraction Methods of the Proteins from the Larva of Cryptotympana pustulata
摘要
Abstract
The extraction methods of the protein from the larva of Cryptotympana pustulata was investigated by the orthogonal test. The results showed that alkaline extraction method had the highest yield, followed by salt extraction and Tris-HCl extraction. The optimum extraction conditions for alkaline method with the highest protein extraction yield were obtained as alkali concentration 0. 5%, temperature 60°C , extraction time 60 min, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1 ! 5. The optimal conditions for salt method were obtained as salt concentration 1. 5% , temperature 40°C , extraction time 120 min, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 10. The best conditions of Tris-HCl method were obtained as pH 8. 1, temperature 20°C , extraction time 30 min, and the ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 10.关键词
