Synthesis and evaluation of new chiral tridentate mono(oxazoline) ligands in asymmetric Michael reaction
摘要
Abstract
Chiral tridentate mono(oxazoline) ligands are obtained in moderate yields after four steps from pyridine-2 ,6-dicarboxylic acid. Asymmetric induction of the ligands is checked in Michael addition reaction of 1, 3,-dicarbonyl compound with nitroalkenes. The results show that ligand L5 is very effective in asymmetric Michael addition reaction of l-chloro-2-(2-nitro) styrene and 1, 3-diphenylpropane-l, 3-dione gives the corresponding product in 87% yield and 68% ee.关键词
