Preparation and photoelectric properties of porphyrin self-assembled monolayers
摘要
Abstract
Tetra-[p-(3-mercaptopropyloxy)-phenyl3 porphyrin(TPP(SH)4) is synthesized and characterizated by UV, FI-IR and ' HNMR. Porphyrin self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) is prepared and demonstrated by UV, electrochemical methods spectrum and XPS spectrum. On this basis, self-assembled nanojunctions of TPP(SH)4 are fabricated by using gold nanogap electrodes. The nanojunctions exhibite current-voltage characteristics. With the light on/off, the nanojunctions exhibite excellect switch effect. TPP(SH)4 SAMs may be as photo switcher in nanoscale.关键词
