摘要

Abstract

Laser jamming is the most important way of photoelectric detector countermeasure. Based on the laser jamming photoelectric detector principle, far-field laser spot size and laser coverage on detector surface were studied, and the laser entrance pupil model of scanning satellite-borne photoelectric detector was improved. A model of laser power density irradiated on the photoconductive surface was established. Taking 1. 06 μmlaser irradiating HgCdTe infrared detector as an example, the simulation computation proves that it is feasible for the satellite-borne low-power laser to jam the satellite-borne photoelectric detector.
