Multi-point temperature and humidity monitoring and controlling system based on microcontroller for flue-cured tobacco room

Abstract
In order to realize precise control of temperature and humidity, the tobacco drying room must conduct multipoint monitoring and controlling. In order to meet the requirements of temperature and humidity during the process of flue-curing tobacco, an intelligent measurement and control system based on AT89C51 microprocessor and SHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensor is designed. The system can realize multipoint sampling control efficiently and is characterized by simple structure. In light of time lag and nonlineanty of humiture variation in tobacco room, the system adopts fuzzy control algorithm, with configuration software being upper computer system monitoring software. RS485 has achieved effective on-site and remote monitoring for serial communication interface, providing an approach for centralized management of the modern tobacco drying rooms.关键词
