摘要

Abstract

The paper analyzes the characteristics of the Seed harvester which is used widely at present,and puts forward a new vibrating seed harvester which is suitable for korean pine in northeast China garden.It also designed its general structure and finished its solid modeling by the use of Pro/E4.0.Its main characteristics are trim obstacles branches automatically,small volume,seed production efficiency and small damage on mother trees when working.The paper analyzes the dynamics of the vibration seed collecting machine by the use of ADAMS 2010.It also analyzes the speed of tires,force of tree trunks and some kinetic parameters.Through the simulation of various parameters,we provide detailed reference data about the physical prototype.
