摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] In order to improve the quality of raising seedling and to solve the problem of substrate applications. [ Method ] In this experiment, the bud substrate was used for the control, Danish imports of peat, perlite, vermiculite were used as raw materials, and the different proportions of the three kinds of raw materials were used to prepare the five kinds of plug seedlings matrix. The effects of different substrate formulation on the growth of Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis and Capsicum annuum L. were investigated. [ Result ] The growth of Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis showed that the sequence of germination rate was; 1>4>6>5>2>3, the sequence of cotyledon spreading was; 1>3>4>5>2>6, the emergence of 2 leaves with 1 core was: 3>1 >5>4>6>2, the emergence of 3 leaves with 1 core was 1 >3 >5 >6 >2 >4. Multiple comparisons and correlation analysis of the different matrix showed that the 2 substrate ratios were superior to the control of bud substrate. On the whole, the number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and plant height was highly significant or significantly positively correlated, and positive correlation exists between the growth and the leaves of the plant; die results of the Capsicum annuum L.growth showed that the differences between the treatments became smaller with the extension of the investigation date; all the peat of the index is higher than that of the control bud substrate or a substrate similar to the. control bud substrate . [ Conclusion ] 2 substrate ( all peat ) was suggested to be used as the best substitute."
