脱叶剂对吐伦球坚蚧控制作用的研究初报
Preliminary Research on the Defoliants Control of Rhodococcus turanicus Archangelskaya
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] Serious occurrence of Rhodococcus turanicus Archangelskaya is one of main factors affecting economic forest development in Xinjiang, and the purpose of this project aims to research the effect of Rhodococcus turanicus Archangelskaya control by defoliants in order to provide the basis for a more scientific control. [Method] Based on the fixed hazard that Rhoaococcus turanicus Archangelskaya moves from branches to leaves in late May, and then moves from leaves to branches from late September to early October for overwintering, we take advantage of this biological characteristics to control Rhodococcus turanicus Archangelskaya. Plant growth regulator is sprayed on leaves in late September, and it can carry the parasites off in advance to achieve the purpose of treatment. Three different concentrations of plant growth regulator 1:100, 1:200, 1:300 are used in the control experiment. [Result] Three different concentrations of plant growth regulator & control effect is more than 90% . [ Conclusion] The use of defoliants can effectively control the population of Rhoaococcus turanicus Archangelskaya, and it is a pollution - free prevention and control measure.关键词
