摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This research aims to study the effect of extracts from Sophora alopecuroides seed on germination and seeding growth of Festuca arundinacea. [ Method ] Festuca arundinacea seeds were treated with different concentrations of aqueous extract from Sophora alopecuroides seeds to study the effect of aqueous extract from Sophora alopecuroides seeds on seed germination rate and germination potential and seedling growth of Festuca arundinacea [ Result ] The result indicated that the concentration of aqueous extract could restrain the germination of F. arundinacea seed to certain degree, the inhibition also went up as the concentration of extract increased; the shoot hight and root length of F. arundinacea were decreased as the concentration of aqueous extract increased. When the extraction concentration was 0. 05 g/mL,the effect on the growth speed shoot height and root length of F. arundinacea was the most significant, especially the aqueous abstract had the most significant influence on the root of F. arundinacea. [ Conclusion ] The results of this study help us to understand Hi River valleys grassland ecological system and provide basic theories to study the relationships between gramineous plants and Sophora alopecuroides population.
