可疑AD患者和抑郁性假性痴呆患者大脑血流速度的比较
Comparison of cerebral blood flow rate between patients suspected of alzheimer dementia and ones with depression pseudo - dementia

Abstract
Objective To make comparison of differences in the cerebral blood flow rates between patients with suspected alzeheimer disease (AD) and the ones with depression pseudo - dementia. Methods Twenty patients with suspected AD and other 20 ones with depression pseudo - dementia in our hospital were selected. And 20 healthy volunteers were chosen as the controls. After receiving visual stimulation, their cerebral blood flow rates were detected by transcranial Doppler examination, and the differences were compared. Results The average blood flow rates of left and right side posterior cerebral artery, resting blood flow rates, blood flow rates at stimulation, and relative blood flow rates in the AD group and the pseudo - dementia group were all lower than those in the control group (P <0. 05). The blood flow rates at stimulation and relative blood flow rates of patients with AD were significantly lower than those of the patients with depression pseudo - dementia (P<0. 05). Conclusion Among the patients with suspected AD, the neurovascular coupled action is severely damaged, which can be used as the reference to distinguish AD from depression pseudo -dementia.关键词
