银屑病对系统性疾病风险的队列研究
Cohort study on risk of systemic disease caused by psoriasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of psoriasis on human organs. Methods Collection of data was made among the hospitalized patients with psoriasis from January 2000 to March 2011. Cohort study method and SAS 9. 0 software were used to analyze these data. Discussions were made in the effects of psoriasis on hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, renal function, and tumor occurrence. Results There were obvious effects of psoriasis on development of hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, renal function, but this disease had no effect on the occurrence of tumor. There was no difference between the effects of psoriasis types on hypertension and diabetes. Conclusion Psoriasis is the risk factor of cardiovascular, glycometabolic, and renal diseases,关键词
