减张术在重睑术中的临床应用
Clinical application of tension relaxing suture to double eyelid plasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of tension relaxing suture to full - cut incision double eyelid plasty. Methods After the full - cut incision with the suture by 8 - 0 nylon, from the inner canthus to the outer canthus, 5 tension relaxing points were made by 7 - 0 nylon suture evenly above and below the double eyelid incision. Results 110 cases accepted the tension relaxing suture in their double eyelid plasty. The tension - relaxing - sutures were all removed 2 d after the operation, and the wound sutures were removed 6 - 7 d after the operation. In the 6-12 months follow - up, there was less formation of scars caused by double eyelid suture and the effects were stable, nice, and natural. No severe postoperative complication occurred. Conclusion This method is simple with fewer wounds, fewer scars, and permanent effects.关键词
