老年稳定性心绞痛β阻滞剂用药情况分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication with β blocker in elderly patients with stable angina. Methods From June 1, 2010 to December 1, 2010, investigations were made among the patients with coronary heart diseases in our hospital. Among them, 186 elderly patients with stable angina were selected out and their clinical data were statistically analyzed. Results The usage rate of β blocker was 54. 8% ( 102/186) among these patients. There was no significant difference in the usage rate (P >0. 05) among ones with different gender and age. Conclusion The usage rate of β blocker is low among senile patients with stable angina and the dosage is insufficient, which indicates the insufficient usage of this kind of medicine.关键词
