Abstract
Objective To discuss the inducements, causes, clinical manifestations, symptoms, and prognosis in senile patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods According to the age, the patients who were diagnosed as acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into senile group and control group. The inducements, causes, clinical manifestations, symptoms, and prognosis of both groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were differences in inducements and causes between the senile group and the control group. The senile patients had more symptoms, severe condition and bad prognosis. Conclusion The senile cases with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage have more severe conditions. Their primary disease should be positively treated, and the accompanied diseases should be effectively controlled.关键词
