Sliding Mode Control for Uncertain T-S Fuzzy Systems with Input Delays

Abstract
The problem of sliding mode control for uncertain T-S (Tagaki-Sugeno) fuzzy systems with input and state delays is studied, in which the nonlinear uncertain terms are unknown, andyalso unmatched. On the basics of the T-S fuzzy model of the controlled object, the sliding mode controller with an integral-switching-surface is designed, the sufficient conditions for the asymptotical stability of the sliding mode dynamics are given by using linear matrix inequality technique and the Lyapunov stability theory, and the sliding mode control law is designed to make the system states remain on the switching-surface. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively eliminate the influence of the nonlinear uncertainties and input delay.关键词
