摘要

Abstract

The level of university performance is closely related to the quality of talent cultivation. Due to the problem of assessment method, this paper introduces the balanced score card ( BSC) and the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) into the performance evaluation of undergraduate teaching, and designs a decision-making method to determine the quantitative? Evaluation index. Weight that colleges and universities assess the objective management of undergraduate teaching, which is not only the theoretical innovation but also the method innovation . The method solves the problem of how colleges and universities determine the index weight with experience causing the evaluation imbalance.
