Recent Progress on Toughening Technology of Domestic Cyanate Ester Resin
摘要
Abstract
The paper introduces the methods of the toughening modification cyanate ester resin in recent years, including the nanoparticles(SiO2 ,SiC) modification,polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane( POSS) modification, ther-mosetting resin ( EP, BMI) modification, thermoplastic resin modification and other modification methods, then the toughening mechanism was discussed.关键词
