摘要
Abstract
Depending on macroscopical shape, crack microscopical shape, micro - structure and chemical composition analysis,the 316L serrated gasket were analyzed. And with the help of finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the cold bending technology of the gasket was simulated. According to the experimental results and simulated calculation, the results indicated the stress corrosion was the root cause of the cracks,and the residual stress from the process of cold - forming and the chloride ions generated by 801 glue were direct factors.关键词
