摘要
Abstract
Hardness test is a usual method to check the heat - treatment property in cylinders manufacturing and evaluate the safety performance of cylinders while periodic inspection. It is simple and convenient to operate and little hurt to steel cylinders. The thesis analysis the relationship between harness and tensile strength of materials according to relative standards. And the relation curve of tensile strength and hardness was given by statistical analyzing the data obtained from manufacture and material quality certification. The control range and acceptance criteria on hardness of tube trailer steel cylinder was confirmed by the relation curve and tensile strength got from manufacturer,which provide the reliable basis to the production quality control and inspection of large seamless steel cylinders.关键词
