摘要
Abstract
Objective Taking patients as the center, to optimize the existing examination business process, increase the patient's value-added services, reduce patient queuing time and visiting time. Methods Analyzed the present situation and the question of current hospital examination business process, and put forward a series of optimization methods in view of the existing problems. Results Through optimization of current examination business process, reduced the inactive mobile and queuing time of patients and shortened the waiting time, a reasonable allocation of hospital resources and improved working efficiency were achieved. Conclusion Optimizing the examination business process is imperative. It is an efficient solution about difficulties of medical.关键词
