Abstract
Objective To evaluate the accuracy of Color Doppler Echocardiography in diagnosing congenital heart disease (CHD), Methods 287 cases of CHD children were examined by conventional echocardiography in our hospital. The results were compared with surgery diagnosis. Results The diagnosis results of 252 cases with preoperative color Doppler echocardiography were in accordance with the results of postoperative heart surgery diagnosis. The diagnosis results of 35 cases with color Doppler echocardiography were inconsistent with postoperative heart surgery results. Conclusion The application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital disease is of important value with high diagnostic accuracy rate, which can be used as main methods and foundation for preoperative diagnosis of CHD.关键词
