Psychological Analysis for Unsafe Behavior of Clinical Engineers
摘要
Abstract
As an important group in hospital, clinical engineers, in terms of talented person deploys and development platform, could be easily ignored in the link of hospital management, however, the influence of their unsafe behavior for medical security can not be overlooked. With the help of interpretative structure modeling (ISM) in this paper, an ISM used to research psychological influencing factors of their unsafe behavior is built, a control model of psychological influencing factors of unsafe behavior is worked out by the arithmetic result, thus related measures for control are put forward, with the hope of changing unsafe behavior of clinical engineers from passive dispose to active prevention-
