声触诊组织量化技术在脂肪肝分度诊断中的应用价值分析
Application Value Analysis of Virtual Tough Tissues Quantification in Diagnosis of Fatty Liver Graduation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of virtual tough tissues quantification in diagnosing fatty liver graduation. Methods 105 patients of fatty liver were divided into 3 subgroups, namely, mild subgroup (n=52), moderate subgroup (n=33) and severe subgroup (n=20), and 30 cases are enrolled as normal control group. Firstly, all cases were performed with conventional ultrasound scanning, then with VTQ. Their share wave velocities were measured later. Results Comparative difference of shear wave velocities showed statistical significance (P < 0.05) among the subgroups of fatty liver gioup. When comparing normal group with mild subgroup, there is no statistical significance (P > 0.05) of shear wave velocities, however, when comparing with moderate subgroup and severe subgroup, there was statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion VTQ has unique advantages and broad prospects in evaluation of fatty liver graduation.关键词
