摘要
Abstract
Objective To develop DPB-250G automatic plate blister packaging machine for aluminum-plastic packaging, paper-plastic packaging and plastic-plastic packaging of shaped items such as the medicine, candy, medical instrument and electronic component in the pharmaceutical plant, food factory, etc. Methods Micro—computer technology and electromechanical integration technology were used to construct a fully-automatic production line for material feeding, heating, bubbling, charging, printing, heat sealing, batch number printing, punching and counting. Remits The machine could be used for aluminum-plastic packaging, paper-plastic packaging and plastic-plastic packaging of shaped items such as the medicine, candy, medical instrument and electronic component in the pharmaceutical plant, food factory, etc. Conclusion DPB-250G automatic plate blister packaging machine adapts itself to the packaging of capsule, pill, tablet, injection and shaped items such as the candy, electronic component and medical instrument.关键词
