Abstract
Objective To design an offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme in order to solve the problems resulting from military hospital in No.1 Military Medical Project inaccessible to Internet. Methods PowerBuilder 9.0 was used to develop the control program of the medicines and diagnosis & treatment items for the interoperability of No.l Military Medical Project and Provincial New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme. Data export program was produced to introduce the information of related patients in No.l Military Medical Project into the offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme. Results The offline comprehensive operation system for New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance Scheme was designed and realized to meet the requirements of No.l Military Medical Project. Conclusion The system is gifted with a friendly interface, easy operation,
high practicability and safety.
