Abstract
Objective To verify the main analyzing performance of HA-8160 automatic glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer, which is produced by ARKRAY in Japan. Methods The precision, carryover rates and linearity of the selected testing items were evaluated. Results All the precision and carryover rates of the selected testing items were within an acceptable range. The regression equation between the theoretical and measured values in the linear verification experiment was y=bx+a, in which b value was within the range of 0.97~1.03, and a value was within an acceptable range. Conclusion The precision, carryover rates and linearity of the selected testing items of HA-8160 automatic glycosylated hemoglobin analyzer accord with the demands of
the experiments in clinical diagnosis.
