摘要

Abstract

Effect of shunt resistance on Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics curve of solar cell has been deduced by using numerical analysis of Ⅰ-Ⅴ equation in default of series resistance. Normal shunt resistance plays an important part on fill factor, but have no influence on open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current. Small shunt resistance reduce fill factor significantly. Extreme small shunt resistance can reduce open-circuit voltage . It is simple to determine shunt resistance from slope at short-circuit current.
