偏振检测中的光源特性分析
The Light Source Characteristic Analysis in Polarized Detection
摘要
Abstract
The polarized detection method compound with chromatographic detection plays an important role in chiral compound separation. Becaurse the light source influences the detection result,this paper analysisd the characteristics of five light source experimently .It shows that the ideal linear polarized light can be archieved through monochromatic light source combined with linear polarizer.关键词
