摘要

Abstract

The maximum development and utilization of mineral resources is not only most effective emission reduction, but best protection for ecological environment. By improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and the filling rates of the goaf, the maximum utilization of mineral resources and the weak pollution or zero pollution of the environment ecology are achieved so as to promote harmonious development of resources-environment-economy-society. Taking Yangla Mine in the northwest of Yunnan as an example, based on a summarization of research progress at home and abroad, by analyzing its present situation of resource utilization and some ecological environment problems, the feasibility of realizing the construction of free-emission ecological mine by improving the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources and the filling rates of the mined-out area was discussed, and to achieve the goal of free-emission, four research directions that needs to intensify and two key technical challenges to be solved were pointed out.
