竹叶天然染料的提取及其真丝绸染色
Extraction of natural dye from bamboo and its dyeing on silk fabric
摘要
Abstract
The extraction conditions for natural dye from bamboo and the dyeing conditions on silk fabric with the extract were optimized. Factors exerting influence on extraction results such as NaOH concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time,solid to liquid and factors exerting influence on dyeing results of silk fabric such as dyeing pH,dyeing temperature,and dyeing time were discussed. It was found that there was more natural dyes in alkaline extracting conditions. The optimum conditions for the extraction were as follows: 0.30 mol/L of NaOH,extracting at 100℃ for 60 min,1:40 of solid to liquid ratio. The optimum dyeing conditions for silk fabric were as follows: 5 of pH,dyeing at 80 ℃ for 60 min. Furthermore,the dyed silk fabric with alkaline extracts had certain fastness and the color fastnesses could be improved by mordant dyeing.关键词
