Abstract
Degreasing medical gauze was made from raw cotton treated by weaving, scouring and bleaching. The traditional degreasing and bleaching process was conducted at 100 t of high temperature. The feasibility of application of ultrasonic technology in bleaching under low temperature was explored through the comparison between conventional oxygen bleaching and ultrasonic oxygen bleaching. The results showed that at 80 ℃, 900 W of ultrasonic power, 28 kHz of frequency, 60 min of oxygen bleaching, the quality indicators of performance of treated gauze could meet the standard requirements.关键词
