RP-HPLC法测定上清丸中连翘苷的含量

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of foreythin in Shangqing pills by RP-HPLC. Methods RP-HPLC was performed on Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN and H2O for gradient elution. The flow rate of mobile phase was 1.0 ml/min and the temperature of column was 30 ℃. The detective wavelength was 229nm. Results It showed a good linearity in the range from 0.0798 to 0.798 μg/mL( r = 0.9996).The average recovery was 98.8% (RSD= 0.82% ,n =6). Conclusion The method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the quality control of Shangqing Pills.关键词
