江苏省核应急管理与指挥决策支持系统的研究
Research of Decision-Making System for Nuclear Emergency Management and Command in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
During a nuclear emergency, the information passed among many emergency organizations needs to be analyzed and managed scientifically for making the decision of a proper nuclear emergency protective action. A computer-based information system (decision-making system for nuclear emergency management and command in Jiangsu province) was discussed in this paper, which can solve the problems, such as the complicated data format and structure, the complex external interfaces, the variety of user requirements, the rapid data processing, the visualization of result and so on. The system was made up of consequence assessment subsystem, emergency information subsystem, file processing subsystem, geographic information subsystem and operational intervention level subsystem, which can supply an effective method of processing information and technical support for emergency management and command decision-making during a nuclear emergency.关键词
