11例肾嗜酸细胞腺瘤的CT表现

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the CT imaging features and the pathological basis of renal oncocytoma. Methods The CT imagings of 11 patients with renal oncocytoma were reviewed respectively. Results All 11 patients showed a round or ovoid mass in homogeneous density with intact capsule and well defined margin on CT imaging. Significant enhancement was displayed on the early phase of contrast CT scan. Enhancement of capsule was found in 9 cases, and "spoke-wheel-like" enhancement with central stellate scar was found in 5 cases. Conclusions Renal oncocytoma is a rarely seen benign tumor with characteristic well defined margin and in homogeneous density. Contrast CT might show "spoke-wheel-like" enhancement and central stellate scar and play an important role in the diagnosis of oncocytoma.关键词
