摘要

Abstract

A deeper analysis of the causes of this India's massive blackout was conducted from the external environment and the management and technical level in internal operation. The basic idea for promoting the safe and stable operation of China's power system was put forward from the management and technical level respectively. Meanwhile, smart grid is the trend of the future power grid development, and smart grid with characteristics of such as being strong and self-healing can effectively protect the power grid against network security risks, the development trend of key technologies based on system security for China's future smart grid construction was proposed, including distributed generation grid-connected technology, intelligent power distribution technology, intelligent power consumption technology and energy storage technology in power systems, which can provide reference for the subsequent development in smart grid and the safe and stable operation of power systems in China.
