环境侧风与湿式冷却塔塔内通风量关系的实验研究
Experimental Research of the Correlation Between Environmental Crosswind and Airflow Rate for Wet Cooling Towers

Abstract
Based on similarity theory, the change rules of circumferential inflow air on the bottom of wet cooling tower under crosswind conditions were researched by thermal state model experiment. Researches show that the axisymmetric distribution of circumferential inflow air is destroyed under crosswind conditions, and this phenomenon is more obvious when environmental crosswind velocity is more than 0.2m/s. Compared with windless conditions, when environmental crosswind velocity is about 0.4m/s, the circumferential inlet wind velocity in windward side is about 1.875 times of windless conditions, but the circumferential inlet wind velocity in leeward side is about 0.3 times of windless conditions. The distribution rules of vortex inside tower was also analyzed, and the circumferential inflow air distribution and vortex distribution rules show that environmental crosswind affects the airflow rate inside cooling tower seriously, and deteriorates the heat and mass transfer performance. The correlation between environmental crosswind and airflow rate (that is air gravity wind velocity) is received based on nonlinear regression by using thermal state model experimental data. In addition, the accuracy of this correlation is verified by onsite test of commercial 140MW power plant.关键词
