Abstract
The boiler steam pressure is an important parameter reflecting the state of boiler operation. A novel dynamic surface control(DSC) method was proposed for fuel-steam pressure system and only the boiler steam pressure was used in the control system. The mathematical model of the fuel-steam pressure building through test data fitting was transferred into state equations. The observer was designed to estimate the unknown states by using only pressure signal. Dynamic surface controller was designed and the problem of "explosion of complexity" inherent existing in traditional backstepping approach was overcome by the addition of low pass filters. From Lyapunov stability analysis, it is shown that all signals of the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded and the tracking error may be kept arbitrarily small by adjusting control parameters. Simulation results show that boiler steam pressure signal can track the desired signal rapidly, which validates the effectiveness of the control system.关键词
