摘要

Abstract

In order to fulfill the need of integrated dispatching and control system and smart grid requirement, a micro-topology based integrated intelligent anti-misoperaton check method is proposed. Based on the topological relationship among electrical components, the electrical interval is analyzed with electrical equipment status as intelligent analysis criteria. The method combines the intelligent topology anti-misoperation check with rule based anti-misoperation check. It can not only achieve traditional five-prevention functions, but also implement diverse anti-misoperation functions according to different requirements from dispatching and control center. The method is self-adaptive to network topology change with high versatility and flexibility.
