摘要

Abstract

The circulation water waste water reuse treatment process of a Hebei power plant was briefly introduced. A detailed test for the rapid rising pressure difference of security filter and the problem of reverse osmosis (RO) system fouling was made. The analysis results show that the local acid concentration of the reverse osmosis water plus acid point is too high. The high concentration result in the precipitation of the circulating water quality stabilizer, which plug in the security filter core surface. Thereby the micro-organisms breed, which lead to the rapid fouling in reverse osmosis system security filter. By adjusting the acid point, the phenomenon of the reverse osmosis fouling was eliminated and the system can operate normally.
