摘要

Abstract

Using the industrial Sb2O3 powders as raw materials and radio frequency plasma as heat source, Sb2O3 nano-particles were prepared by high temperature heating and quenching process. The chemical analysis, specific surface area, particle size distribution, phase and morphology of Sb2O3 nano-particles were investigated. The results show that Sb2O3 nano-particles prepared by radio frequency plasma method are cubic system, whose average particle size is 30 nm, specific surface area is 90.9 m2/g.
