摘要

Abstract

To separate the flocculant-producing bacteria with a high activity from activated sludge and soil, and to optimize their culture and activity conditions, the objective strains were isolated by conventional medthod. Using single-factor method,the culture temperature, initial pH of fermentation broth, fermented liquid dosing amount and coagulant volume on the flocculating activity of strains were investigated. The results show that the highly active strains are obtained. When the best temperature is 30 ℃, pH of fermentation broth is 7.0, fermented liquid dosing amount and coagulant volume is 0.15,1.2 mL, the highest flocculation rate is attained and the flocculating activity is the best.
