Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the quantitative PCR technique while identifying HelicobacteT pylori( Hp) infection in pathologic tissues, and to provide effective detection methods for clinical Hp infection diagnosis and treatment. Methods Quantitative PCR and aniline blue staining were used in 106 cases of clinical inspection, and the results were analyzed. Results Among the 106 cases of gastric antrum specimens there were 68 cases (64. 2%) screened positive though conducting fluorescent quantitative PCR, and 46 cases (43.4% ) screened positive though conducting aniline blue staining. The positive rates of the two methods were significantly different. Conclusion The quantitative PCR technique is of high sensitivity and specificity characteristics for Hp in the pathological tissue. And quantitative PCR technique has important application value for diagnosis of endoscopic biopsy specimens of Hp infection.关键词
