手法复位加石膏固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察
Observation on the clinical effect of the manipulative reduction combined with cast immobilization in the treatment of distal radius fractures

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination therapy on the distal radius fractures with manipulative reduction and cast immobilization. Methods 128 cases of distal radius fractures in our hospital from November 2009 to November 2011 were collected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group (64 cases each group). Manipulative reduction was given to all the cases after confirmed the diagnosis by relative examinations, and experimental group was given cast immobilization. Evaluated and analyzed the clinical effect. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The overall efficiency, excellent healing rate and poor healing rate of the two groups were as follows; 96. 87% , 84. 38% , 3. 13% and 78. 12% , 45. 31% , 21. 88% , the difference was statistically significance (P <0. 05). The healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of manipulative reduction combined cast immobilization for the treatment of distal radius fracture was significant. It is the idea treatment of the distal radius fracture for its advantages such as simple to operate, shorten the healing time and reduce mental and financial burden of patients.关键词
