一种新型肠内营养混悬液在重型颅脑损伤患者术后的应用
The application of a new enteral nutritional suspension in the severe craniocerebral injury postoperative patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of enteral nutritional suspension(TDF-FOS) JEVITY in the severe cranioce-rebral injury patients. Methods 80 severe craniocerebral injury patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The former group were given nasogastric feeding with the enteral nutritional suspension(TDF-FOS) JEVITY; the control group were fed with self-made diet liquid. Compare the change of enteral nutrition index and observe the gastrointestinal complications and the GCS score. Results Part of the nutition index of the treatment group were better than the control ( P < 0. 05 ) ; the gastrointestinal complications were obviously less than those of the control group (P < 0.05 ). The prognosis was good. Conclusion The nutrition effect of JEVITY is better than homemade liquid diet. And with the usage of JEVITY gastrointestinal complications are much less. So JEVITY is beneficial to the severe craniocerebral injury patients' recovery.关键词
