摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of new nursing care method for sputum aspiration on infants with pneumonia and to provide references for clinics. Methods One hundred and twenty-two infants with pneumonia were randomly divided into study group and control group (n =61) and retrospectively reviewed. Oral sputum aspiration nursing care was applied in control group while endotracheal sputum aspiration nursing care was used in study group. The clinical data and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The breathing rate and heart rate were significantly lower in study group compared with those in control group (P<0.05) ,meanwhile,the degree of blood oxygen saturation in study group was better than that in control group (P <0. 05). The incidences of sputum aspiration related side effects (tachypnea,dysphoria,cough,mueosa injury ) in study group were lower than those in control group (P<0. 05). The effective rate between the two group was statistically different (52.46% in control group and 93. 44% in study group) (P <0. 05). Conclusion The new nursing care method with intermittent tap on back and endotracheal sputum aspiration is effective and easy for operation and it is with fewer side-effects. Therefore,it is worth promoting in clinics.关键词
