Abstract
Objective To analyze the features and nursing strategies of patients with nosocomial infection by ERCP. Methods 58 patients with nosocomial infection from January 2011 to December 2011 were investigated, and the clinical data were performed statistical analysis. The nursing relevant questions were also discussed. Results ERCP patients with nosocomial infection rate was 12. 1% (58/479) , the infection rate of patients in general wards was 4. 4% (36/812) , the former nosocomial infection rates were significantly higher than the latter ( P < 0. 05). Both patients in ERCP and general ward, respiratory tract and urinary tract infections were the most common nosocomial infection, ERCP nosocomial infection occurred in respiratory tract (67. 2% ) , urinary tract followed by 29. 3% , the proportion of composition was close to the general wards. 5 deaths in 58 patients with ERCP nosocomial infection, mortality was 8. 6% , 5. 6% higher than the general wards (P <0. 05). Conclusion The results suggest that rate of ERCP patient' s nosocomial infection was significantly higher than that in the general wards,and the most common infection sites were respiratory tract and urinary tract. The hospital infection prevention and control priorities for ERCP patient are very important. Effective interventions can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with ERCP.关键词
