Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of microincisional phacoemulsification for patients with cataract. Methods 308 patients with cataract accepted small-incision non-phacoemulsification were considered as A group, 326 patients performed small-incision phacoemulsification were regarded as B group and 368 patients received microincisional phacoemulsification were C group. The recovery of vision, complications, stability of anterior chamber, recurrence and the degree of patients' satisfaction were compared. Results 78. 8% patients in C group whose vision recovered over 0. 5 which was obviously higher than that in A(64. 3% ) or B group(69. 9% ) (P < 0. 05) after 1 day postoperation. After 1 week postoperation, 84. 2% patients' vision in C group were recovered over 0. 5 which was obviously higher than that in A or B group(P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of corneal edema, iridoptosis, post-peplos rupture, reaction of anterior iris and post-peplos nepheloid in C group was obviously lower than that in A or B group. The stability of anterior iris in C group was better than that in A or C group (P < 0. 05 ). The degree of patients' s satisfaction in C group was higher than that of A or B group ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The coax microincisional phacoemulsification has the merits of microincision, rapid recovery of incision, less complications, high stability of anterior iris and high satisfactory degree.关键词
